• Greeters need to be positioned at the front door at 9:15 to hand out bulletins and greet people.  Ten minutes after service has started you may sit in the back row (reserved for you) being mindful to give bulletins and help seat people who arrive late.  After the offering you may sit where you like.
• Please lead first time visitors to the information table and hand them a visitor pack.
• Collectors should be at service by 9:20 and sit in the back row (reserved) until after the offering.  
• Communion Servers should be at service by 9:20 on the last Sunday of the month and should sit in the back row (reserved) until communion is served. 
• Casual attire is permitted: Please be neat, shirts tucked in for men however ties & jackets are not required.
• If you are unable to serve please contact another team or an alternate(s) and switch assignments and then contact Steven Ribét to notify him of changes.
