STATEMENT OF FAITH

WE BELIEVE     God exists eternally in three persons simultaneously: God the Father; God the Son, Jesus Christ; and God the Holy Spirit. This triune God created all, upholds all, and governs all. He alone is to be worshiped, served, and obeyed.

WE BELIEVE     The Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired, without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule for faith and practice.

WE BELIEVE     Jesus Christ is God's only begotten Son. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings, His atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and His personal, visible return to earth.

WE BELIEVE     Man is a sinner by nature and choice and, therefore, under condemnation, deserving God's eternal judgment.

WE BELIEVE    Salvation from the penalty, power, and effect of sin is the gift of God for everyone who repents of sins and trusts in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

WE BELIEVE     Faith is necessary to please God. The atonement provides salvation for the believer in every aspect of life.  We are redeemed from the curse of the law, which is poverty, sickness, and death. We are prosperous and healthy as we walk with faith in God's Word.

WE BELIEVE     Baptism with the Holy Spirit by Jesus Christ is available immediately after salvation for the empowerment of the believer.  All the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in the Bible are available to believers today.

OUR PURPOSE  To bring people into the household of faith, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them to minister, that we might worship God in spirit and in truth.
